"Poor communication made me lose trust"
I tried reaching out a few times about my order and either didn’t hear back or got a reply that didn’t really answer anything. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but when it comes to an order I’ve paid for, I need to feel like someone is actually keeping an eye on it. The lack of communication made the whole thing feel risky and frustrating. I wouldn’t order from them again

"I wasn’t impressed with the quality"
I was disappointed with this. The material felt cheap to me, and the stitching started coming loose way sooner than I expected. Maybe others had a better experience, but I personally wouldn’t buy it again

I popped in for a quick look because my friend had mentioned the place before, but the vibe felt really off. The music was so loud I could barely think, and the staff didn’t seem interested at all. It felt a bit awkward just walking around, like I was in the way or something. I usually enjoy browsing little shops, but I left after a few minutes. Can't see myself going back anytime soon

My order arrived damaged, the way it was handled was disappointing. I expected a more professional response or at least a smoother process to get it sorted out, but it felt like more hassle than it needed to be...

I ordered one thing and something completely different showed up. I had to explain the issue more than once, which got frustrating because it really wasn’t complicated. Just wanted the correct item sent in the first place.

I tried shopping on Damaged Society from my phone it got frustrating quickly. Pages were really slow to load, the filters kept shifting around, and a few times it felt like things I’d selected just didn’t save, so I had to keep going back and redoing stuff.
The checkout didn’t feel very clear either, and the menu was a bit all over the place. The clothes might be perfectly fine, but the whole experience made me question whether I could trust the site enough to place an order, so I ended up leaving it.

"Checkout was frustrating at first"
I tried ordering a hoodie and the checkout kept freezing on me, which was annoying. My payment didn’t go through the first time either, so I had to enter all my details again. I was ready to give up—well, not totally, because I did still want the hoodie—but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience. Got there in the end, though.

"Refund took way too long"
I ordered from damagedsociety.co.uk and ended up having to return something. I sent it back pretty much straight away, but then I was just left waiting with hardly any updates about what was going on.
I had to chase them more than once, and it felt like nothing moved unless I emailed first. Not the worst shop I’ve ever used, but the refund was just way too slow, so I wouldn’t order from them again

The communication was really unclear. I had to chase them just to get basic updates, and when they did reply, it didn’t really answer what I was asking. It felt like nobody was properly explaining what was going on, which got frustrating. Not really the experience I was expecting.

"Feels a bit limited lately"
I used to really enjoy having a browse on Damaged Society, but lately the selection feels small 😕 A lot of it seems to be the same brands and similar styles, and when I actually click on stuff, half the sizes are already gone. I was hoping to see more band merch and a bit more variety in the goth/alt pieces, but it all feels a bit repetitive now. It’s not terrible, just doesn’t have much that grabs me anymore.

I only asked a simple question, but the staff made it feel like I was bothering them. The replies were short, the attitude wasn’t great, and there didn’t seem to be much effort to actually help me sort it out... I left feeling disappointed, honestly...

I didn’t even get as far as ordering because the product pages put me off. The descriptions were so vague, sizing, material, fit, all the stuff you actually need to know was barely explained. what a joke. The items might be nice in person, but I wasn’t about to guess and hope for the best

I tried to do an exchange and it took forever to sort out. What made it worse was dealing with support, because it felt like they were blaming me for the issue instead of trying to help. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’d bother buying from them again.

"Stock info really needs fixing"
I ordered a jacket because the site said my size was in stock, went through checkout, paid for it, and even got the confirmation email with the little order number and everything. Then a few days later, after I’d already been checking my email like an idiot, they told me it actually wasn’t available.
This is the second time it’s happened to me, with a completely different item too. What bugs me is that the size buttons still look clickable and normal, like you’re good to go, when clearly the item is basically gone. It feels like the stock info is just not keeping up at all.
To be fair, the refund did come back, but I still wasted several days waiting around and missed buying the same jacket somewhere else. It’s such a small thing, but if the site just showed the right stock in the first place, none of this would be an issue. I probably won’t bother ordering again unless they fix that.

I’m still waiting for my return to get sorted out, and the whole process has been such a mess. Every time I reach out, I just get some canned apology that doesn’t actually fix anything. I’d rather get a real update than another copy-paste 'sorry for the inconvenience.'

I ordered a large, but it fit more like a small. I was really surprised by how far off the sizing was, and I’d expect at least an apology for the inconvenience
"Sale pricing seemed a little off"
I picked up a hoodie in the sale thinking I’d found a good deal, but then a few days later the price dropped again, and I could’ve sworn the “original” price wasn’t the same as before. Maybe I’m just noticing the pattern now, but it made the whole thing feel a bit questionable.
I get that sales change and prices move around, but once that happens, you start assuming the next “deal” might not really be the best one either. I’d probably hold off buying again unless I was completely sure it was actually a proper bargain

"The loyalty rewards are honestly kind of pointless"
I’d been saving up points for absolutely ages, and then when I finally tried to use them at checkout, they just wouldn’t work. Support didn’t really help much either, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. it was super annoying and doesn’t feel worth the effort

The whole experience just didn’t feel very trustworthy to me. The site and the updates seemed a bit off, and it left me with a bad feeling. I don’t think I’d be quick to order again. It felt like an avoidable situation if things had been clearer and more reliable

"I was going to grab a couple..."
I was going to grab a couple of small bits, but then I saw the shipping cost and... yeah, no. It just felt way too high for such a tiny order. The clothes might be perfectly fine, to be fair, but I couldn’t justify paying that much just to have them delivered. Ended up closing the page and leaving it.
